Salad with chicken, nuts, and orange vinaigrette<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/u><\/b><\/h2>\n

1-2 servings<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
    \n
  • 100 g baby rocket<\/li>\n
  • 1 pc. French lettuce<\/li>\n
  • 100 g of valerian leaves (optional)<\/li>\n
  • 4 red Lola leaves or radicchio<\/li>\n
  • 80 g roasted or boiled chicken<\/li>\n
  • 8 pcs. walnuts<\/li>\n
  • 4 dried figs<\/li>\n
  • 4 dried dates or 2 tablespoons cranberries<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 teaspoon mustard<\/li>\n
  • 1 1\/2 teaspoons honey<\/li>\n
  • 10 tablespoons sunflower oil<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 orange (its juice)<\/li>\n
  • Balsamic cream (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Implementation<\/b><\/u><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
    \n
      \n
    • Wash the vegetables well in cold water and let them drain.<\/li>\n
    • Bake the chicken in a pan with a little oil.<\/li>\n
    • We break the nuts by hand.<\/li>\n
    • Cut the dates and figs with a knife into preferably small cubes.<\/li>\n
    • In a bowl, whisk the mustard with the honey and slowly add the oil (we do not want it to be too thin because we will add the juice).<\/li>\n
    • Slowly add the orange juice to the vinaigrette.<\/li>\n
    • Cut the chicken into cubes.<\/li>\n
    • In a large bowl, chop the vegetables by hand.<\/li>\n
    • Add the chicken and nuts.<\/li>\n
    • Add the vinaigrette and mix the salad.<\/li>\n
    • Serve on a plate and if you want, make lines with balsamic cream.
