Each of our pasta shapes are made with love and faith to the tradition.

Our fusilli is made from excellent quality hard biological flour, mixed with sheep or goat milk from our farm (depending on production) and 4 eggs from the farm for each kilo of flour.

The result is traditional pasta, rick in flavor and aroma.
