Each of our pasta shapes are made with love and passion for tradition.

Our fusili are made from excellent quality organic durum flour, fermented with sheep or goat milk from the farm, depending on our production, as well as 4 eggs of our own production for every kilo of flour.

The result is traditional pasta, rich in flavor and aromas.
