THE UNIQUE FIGS OF KYMI
Farma Sarli’s figs of Kymi are unique because they have very thin skin, they are very sweet, tender, and are distinguished by an attractive blonde color, which they get from the sun as soon as they ripen on the tree.
They have been cultivated for decades with passion and respect for the local tradition. Our final products are kept in excellent condition without any added chemical preservatives.
Figs contain the most fiber (necessary for good nutrition), they are extremely diuretic and help the proper functioning of the intestine.

THE FARM
The Biological Farm of Sarlis is located in a fertile valley created by the confluence of the Manikiatis and Koletras torrents, surrounded by a forest of age-old plane trees and a flora of rare plants and herbs.
It has plenty of running water and the rare fauna of small wild animals gives the image of a unique landscape.
The creation of the Farm by the Sarli family started from the idea of reviving the traditional way of cultivating local products as well as the pure animal breeding, as well as the processing of the produced products, in a completely organic way and respecting the environment.
